梅河口市是世界上最大的松籽仁加工集散地，给开发松仁乳饮料奠定了良好的基础。经发明人长达8年之久的潜心研究，发明了一种以野生松籽为原料的野生植物蛋白饮料。于2005年4月18日已申请专利，专利号<200510016712.3>。生产松仁乳主要原料：松籽仁中含有70.6％的不饱和脂肪酸，维生素A、C、D、E及钙、磷、硒、锌等多种微量元素。
该饮料的特点：为偏碱性食品，有利于血液的酸碱平衡。采用独特的配方和生产工艺，使松籽仁中所含的氨基酸和还原糖发生美拉德反应，产生了该饮料独有的天然芳香气味，口感细腻、滑润、乳质均匀、永不沉淀，不添加香精、色素、防腐剂等，更好的保护了野生山果的原始品质。

●Plant Protein Drinks Derived from Pine Nut Milk
with an Annual Production of 60000 tons
Introduction of project
Meihekou is one of the largest distributing centers of the processing of pine nut all over the world, which provides excellent foundation for the development of pine-nut –milk drinks. The inventor spent up to eight years on dedicated research and finally triturated the plant protein drinks derived from wild pine nut and the patent has been applied on April 18, 2005: <200510016712.3>. 70.6% of pine nut is unsaturated fatty acid and it includes vitamin A,C,D, and E, as well as lots of microelement ,such as calcium, phosphor, selenium, zinc, and so on.
Characteristics of the drink: It is a kind of alkaline food which is propitious to balance acid and alkali in blood. Unique formula and manufacturing technique lead to Maillard reaction between amino acids and reducing suger which brings unique natural aroma and protect the original quality of wild fruit. It is of smooth taste ,homogeneous milk quality, and no sediment, and is free of essence, pigment, and preservative.
